Start Your Metrics Readiness Assessment

The video below highlights what the first engagement with Trades Alignment looks like.  It's the fastest way to know whether Trades Alignment is the right fit for where your business is right now.  You can also fill out the intake form to schedule time with the Trades Alignment team.

Tom walks through the problem most trades businesses are dealing with, how the engagement is structured, and what a contractor should realistically expect — including what we don't do and who this isn't right for. It takes about 5 minutes.

Here's what happens next

If you are a self-performing trades contractor, complete the form below.  We review all inquiries and will be in touch within 1-3 business days.  We look forward to discussing how Trades Alignment can help with your visibility and team alignment.

What to Expect After Submitting

WE REVIEW YOUR SUBMISSION

Every form is read personally. We take a day or two to review what you've shared before reaching out.

1

IF THERE'S A FIT, WE REACH OUT TO SCHEDULE A CALL

You'll receive an email with a link to schedule a 30-minute conversation. We want to understand your situation and make sure we're the right firm for where your business is at.

2

THE SETTER CALL

We come prepared. Before the call, we research your business so the conversation is substantive from the first minute. If the fit is there, we'll walk you through what a Stage 1 engagement would look like and what it would take to get started.

3

IF IT'S NOT THE RIGHT FIT

We'll tell you clearly and honestly. Not every business is at the right stage for this work and we'd rather say that upfront than waste your time or ours.

Looking for a phone number?

We don't take cold calls or unscheduled inquiries for service engagements. The intake form is how we make sure every conversation we have is vetted. If you have a question that can't wait, the best place to start is the introductory video above. Most of the common questions get answered there.
